Cashew Butter Chocolate Chip Skillet { GF, Paleo, Dairy-Free}

Cashew Butter Chocolate Chip Skillet Recipe: 

1 1/2 cups of almond flour

1 tsp of baking soda

1 tsp of baking powder

1 tsp of sea salt

3 tbsp of cocoa powder

2 eggs

1/3 cup of organic vegetable shortening (palm oil)

2 heaping tbsp of creamy unsalted cashew butter

1/3 cup of organic maple syrup

1/2 cup of Enjoy Life dairy free chocolate chips

Preparation: 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Start by mixing together the dry ingredients in a bowl (flour, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa, and salt). In a separate bowl, mix together the wet ingredients ( eggs, cashew butter, palm shortening, and syrup).  Mix both sets of ingredients together  ( and fold in chocolate chips) and pour into a greased cast iron skillet.

Bake for 20min- I would say let it cool but its soo good while it is warm right out of the oven!
