Pumpkin Carob Bread

Recipe for Pumpkin Carob Bread: 

1 cup of almond flour

1 tsp of baking soda

1 tsp of cinnamon

1 tsp of nutmeg

1 egg

1/2 can of organic pumpkin puree

1 tsp of vanilla extract

3 tbsp of coconut sugar

2 tbsp of coconut oil

1/2 cup of carob chips

Preparation: Preheat oven to 350. Mix almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together egg, pumpkin, vanilla, sugar, and coconut oil. Mix all ingredients together into one now (fold in the pumpkin mixture). Once that is all mixed, pour into a greased bread pan and bake for 35-40 min.
