Chocolate Chip Sea Salt Cookies {GF}

It’s cookie time again!

I revamped my go-to gluten-free chocolate chip cookies and they are comin’ in hot! They aren’t dairy-free this time around. BUT, I used grass fed butter and that added the soft and chewy cookie consistency I was looking for..and I literally used about 2 tbsp of it! Try these cookies out and let me know what you think <3

  • 1 1/2 cups of almond flour
  • 3 tbsp of coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp of baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp of sea salt
  • 1/2 cup of coconut sugar
  • 1tbsp of vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 of melted coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp of grass fed unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup of chocolate chips of your choice
  • Step 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare a lined baking sheet or two (depending if you are making an entire batch or not).
  • Step 2 In your mixer, mix together the eggs, butter, melted oil, sugar, and vanilla.
  • Step 3 Next, in a separate bowl, whisk together your almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Step 4 Add this flour mixer little by little into your wet mixture while the mixer is turned on. (add little flour as a time until everything is incorporated).
  • Step 5 Roll bits of your cookie dough into little balls (about 1-1.5 inches) and place on a lined baking sheet
  • Step 6 Then, sprinkle some sea salt on top of each one
  • Step 7 Bake for 15-18 minutes (keep a close watch on these) I also like to pat them down very slightly in the middle of the cookies cooking so they can deflate a bit.
  • Step 8 Let cool and enjoy!
  • Step 9 ** Also, if you don’t have a mixer, you can use those strong arms of yours! 🙂
