Gluten-Free Banana Bread

Gluten-Free Banana Bread Recipe:

1 1/2 cups of Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour

1 tsp of baking soda

1 tsp of baking powder

1 tsp of salt

1/3 cup of flax meal

3 ripe bananas (mashed)

2 tbsp of vanilla

1/3 cup of coconut oil (soft or melted)

2 eggs



Start by combining the fry ingredients together (flour, baking soda, powder, salt, flax). In a separate  bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, vanilla, coconut oil, and eggs. Combine both mixtures together and bake at 350 for about 35-40 minutes. You want this banana bread to stay moist, so checking it at the 35min mark by sticking a toothpick or knife and seeing if it comes out clean, is when you will know it is done! 🙂
