Paleo Protein Muffins Recipe:



Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Start by mixing the dry ingredients together (almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, and flax). Next, in a food processor, mix together dates, coconut oil, and eggs. Combine the dry and wet ingredients and fold in chocolate chips. Pour into greased muffin tins. Bake for 15 minutes.
