Garbanzo Bean and Banana Chocolate-Chip Muffins

Recipe for Garbanzo Bean and Banana Chocolate-Chip Muffins 

1 1/2 cups of garbanzo bean flour

1 tsp of baking soda

1 mashed banana

1/2 cup of palm shortening

2 chia egg

1 tsp of vanilla

1/2 cup of Enjoy Life Dairy free chocolate chips


Preheat oven at 350. Mix flour and baking soda together. Ina  separate bowl mixed mashed banana, vanilla, shortening, chia egg. Mix both sets of ingredients together in one bow, fold in chocolate chips, and bake in a greased muffin tin for 12-14 min! Watch closely as you don’t want to dry out these muffins since garbanzo bean flour can be quite dense.
