These little burgers are a perfect plant-based protein option for vegans, vegetarians, or anyone!

White Bean Quinoa Burgers Recipe:
2 cups of cooked quinoa
1 can of cannelloni beans (drained)
1/2 shallot (diced)
2 tbsp of olive oil
seasonings such as salt, pepper, parsley, etc.
Heat up a skillet with olive oil and begin to sauté the shallots. In a bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, eggs, beans, and seasonings. Once the shallots are roasted and sautéed, add them into the bowl. Mix ingredients together and form into patties in your hands. Place onto a greased skillet (use the same on you used for the shallots) and cook about 3 min on each side. Serve warm and enjoy!
